Getting your people onboarded and into Paycor is step 1, but step 2 is where the fun starts. Manage Access gives you the power to delegate roles and responsibilities in Paycor to your people.
Manage access is a powerful part of Paycor's system. Once you've got your employees on your payroll, you can start divvying up the responsibilities in Paycor to your users. Whether you need to assign special permissions to your Managers and Supervisors to make and activate changes in Paycor, or assign access to specific areas of Paycor (for example, giving access to your IT team so they can successfully manage Assets), this eLearning will help you - help your people, to run the day-to-day tasks they need to complete within Paycor.
You'll also learn how you can see if an employee has registered on Paycor.com, how to send a registration email and a reminder to register to an employee. Why do you care if an employee registers?
1. Registered employees are empowered to own their own information, such as accessing their paystubs and W2s, changing their own direct deposit information, and managing their COVID 19 status information.
2. Registered employees with assigned roles, can make your job easier by just having access to do theirs.
