Managing Onboarding
Learn the tasks you would complete to manage new hires in Paycor Onboarding
Onboarding is Paycor's solution for hiring efficiency. Administrators can get a head start on the new hire process by granting new employees the ability to complete some of their own profile information and acknowledge new hire documents electronically in advance of the start date. Onboarding also provides a place to organize company documents required for new hires (policy documents, employee handbooks, etc.).
At the end of this training, participants should be able to:
• Add Onboarding documents to the Document Library
• Learn how to create Onboarding Groups and Task List Templates
• Manage Onboarding Steps (aka "New Hire Wizard" or "Wizard Configuration")
• Send Onboarding invitations
• Manage Pending New Hires
