As a people manager, you'll most likely have a say in the cyclical raise and bonus amounts for your direct reports. Learn how to use Compensation Management to make these changes happen.

As a people manager in the role of Paycor Manager, you'll be given the role of Slate Owner in a Compensation Management Rewards Cycle. You'll enter recommended raise and/or bonus amounts for the people who report to you. This course provides instruction on how to:
- Access your slate(s)
- Enter raise and bonus amounts
- Add comments
- Submit your slate(s) for approval
- Review progress of submitted slates
- View and work with submitted, approved, and rejected submissions
Also included is information about the overall rewards cycle process and the behavior of the slate when requesting raise and bonus amounts larger than the maximum allowed.
