Set accruals rules and milestones (tiers) for time off earned based on number of hours worked in a pay period.
Hours-Based Accruals: Learn about qualifying hours and accrual rules, such as accrual delays and work requirements, for employees who earn time off based on the number of hours they work in a pay period. For example, watch this video if you have a plan that gives 1 hour of time off per 30 hours worked. Set milestones (tiers) for new employees and tenured employees to increase the rate of accrual after years of service.
