Talent Development: Feedback

Participants will learn how to utilize the Feedback feature within Paycor Talent Development and Talent Development Pro to request Feedback for you, Feedback for your coworkers, and Feedback for your company.  Users will learn how to create templates for requesting Feedback.  Users will be able to compile a report of the Feedback responses.

At the end of this training, participants should be able to:

• Request Feedback from the Performance Dashboard
• Manage Feedback activity from the Feedback Overview page
• Create and utilize templates for Feedback requests
• Request Feedback for you; Feedback for your coworker; or Feedback for your company (survey)
• Compile Feedback responses into report
