Talent Development: Programs

Participants will learn how administrators can view and manage the Programs feature within Paycor Talent Development and Talent Development Pro. This training session reviews how administrators can set up features, schedule to automate and include notification settings, and report on key performance activities/programs.  

At the end of this training, participants should be able to:

• Create Programs scheduling and automating performance features such as Objectives, 1-on-1, and Feedback
• Create Programs with custom parameters and notification settings
