This training provides an overview of the Career Management module, an add-on feature of the Paycor Talent Development product.
Paycor Career Management is designed to facilitate meaningful, impromptu conversations between employees and managers about career growth and performance expectations. This add-on feature helps document and organize career discussions, eliminating confusion about an employee’s career trajectory. Managers and Employees can discuss essentials details related to role-specific responsibilities and competencies, align on performance expectations, identify areas for improvement, and clearly define steps needed to move into future roles.
At the end of this training, participants should be able to:
- Access the Career Management module
- Create and assign role templates, competencies, and talent attributes
- Outline growth opportunities for employees
- Utilize the People Analytics Dashboard to monitor career growth for participating individuals
- Integrate Career Management discussions and talent attributes into performance reviews
