Paycor Talent Development: Building and Managing Performance Reviews Virtual Live Instructor Led Training

This class offers a deep dive into Paycor's Talent Development Performance Review feature. We will be reviewing the setup, launch, and management, along with some best practices for Performance Reviews.

At the end of this training, participants should be able to:

• Access and manage performance programs from the Performance Dashboard
• Build and Manage templates for Reviews including 1:1 delivery templates, and review reflection question templates.
• Review reporting, manage, and monitor reviews
• Review Administrative settings
