Paycor Talent Development Virtual Instructor-Led Training

This class serves as an introduction to Paycor Talent Development. We will be reviewing the features such as Objectives, 1-on-1s, Feedback, Reviews, etc.

At the end of this training, participants should be able to:

• Access and manage performance programs from the Performance Dashboard
• Create Objectives (personal goals as well as checking in to update goal progress)
• Setup additional performance programs such as 1-on-1s, Feedback, and Reviews
• Review reporting
• Review Administrative settings

Demo Credentials
