Talent Development: Objectives with Cascading Goals

Participants will learn how to create new Objectives with Cascading Goals utilizing SMART goal framework, setting up goal alignment within the organization.  Users will be able to use Explorer option to view and explore more details of your objectives and the objectives of others.  Users will be able to use the Alignment option to view how your objective is aligned with your team, your department, and your organization.

At the end of this training, participants should be able to:

• Manage Objectives from the Objectives Overview page
• Create Objectives with Cascading SMART Goals framework adding alignment within your organization
• Update progress and status from the Check-In page
• Use Explorer option with filters and questions to search and view objective details within your organization
• Use Alignment option to view how your objective is cascading through the organization
