About this course

Accrual Limits: Set maximum balance limits to cap the total number of hours an employee can hold in their balance at any given time. Limit the maximum number of hours an employee can earn in a balance year. For example, watch this video if you want a time off plan to stop accruing for the remainder of the balance year once an employee earns 80 hours, or if you have an employee who never takes a day off and is likely to amass hundreds of hours across their tenure.
