Time Off Plans: Bucket of Hours (Frontloading hours)
Set accruals rules and milestones (tiers) for time off granted upfront as a lump sum.
Bucket of Hours: One of the more common methods of time off accruals, the bucket of hours front loads hours into an employee's balance. For example, watch this video if you have a time off plan that grants 80 hours from day 1. Learn about accrual delays and work requirements, as well as milestones (tiers) for new employees and tenured employees. Stay for balance proration.
